슐저(Sulzer), 인산염 비료 생산업체에 내마모성 높은 펌프 솔루션 제공

유체 공학 분야 글로벌 전문 기업 Sulzer가 펌프 교체에 최적의 유압 장치와 내마모성 구성 재료를 결합하여 인산염 비료 생산업체에 AHLSTAR WPP시리즈의 단일 스테이지 펌프를 제공했다고 밝혔다. 인산은 반수화물 공정으로 생산되는데, 이는 상대적으로 높은 농도의 인산과 불순물이 높은 반응 온도와 결합되어 반응기에 설치된 회전 장비에 매우 불리한 영향을 끼치게 된다.때문에 내마모성이 높은 슬러리 필터 공급 펌프는 인산 공장에서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 유체 공학 분야 글로벌 전문 기업 Sulzer가 중국의 대형 화력 발전소 프로젝트에 보일러 급수 펌프(이하 ‘BFP’)를 제공하여 탁월한 성과를 거두었다고 보도자료를 통해 밝혔다. 대형 화력 발전소는 고압 증기를 사용하여 발전기 뿐만 아니라 주 보일러 공급 펌프와 같은 기타 장비를 구동하는 터빈을 회전시킨다. 이 순환 프로세스는 운영 비용은 절감하지만,정지 후 증기가 없기 때문에 주 펌프가 작동할 수 없는 단점이 있다.때문에 전기로 구동되는 시동 보일러 공급 펌프가 필요하다.
